1.Who are we ?

We are craft products biggest supplier in China, Our mainly products are diamond painting ,paint by number ,puzzles ,Cross stitch,Scartch art,Poke embroidery.we provide drop shipping service for hundreds craft online business seller.

2.What are the costs of working with Craftful?

We only quote the product price and shipping cost. There are no other additional charges. Our App is free of use as well.

3.Do you accept all customers inquiries?

Currently client mainly inquiries include custom boxes, logos, packaging, and even photo and video content services. and if client have others new inquiries, We will find a way make it .

4. Are you cheaper than Aliexpress?

We have different craft factories.We are shareholders in these factories, and also major clients, so we can get better price compare to Aliexpress.

5. What is the processing time to fulfill orders?

Once your order is updated in our system, we will process and fulfill all orders within 24 to 72 hours.

6. How to make payment for your service?

We are using Paypal and Bankstranfer. We will make an invoice and send you all the order details before you make any payment via our workspace. Everything will be very clear.

7. What to do in case a wrong/damaged item was delivered?

In case a wrong or damaged product is delivered, the end-customer is required to submit a return request, and attach photos clearly showing the tag, the item itself, and its defect within 14 days of delivery. We will send a return label and refund the order once it is received.

8. Where to send a return if a customer changed their mind?

Please note that for each return, Return Request must be a  submitted.

9. Can you have a Shopify app?

Yes we have one, search for ‘Craftful’ keyword in the Shopify App Store.

10. Could you tell me more about the shipping time?

We have strong relationships with many shipping services. The shipping ranges from 5 to 15 business days worldwide. With the average being around 12 working days.
